Warm up

Our new Summer School Games challenge is called 'Tuck In, Tuck Out'. Your job is to practise the challenge as much as you can until you achieve your best score. The video explains what you have to do. How many can you do in 1 minute? 

Let me know your best score and share any photos/video of you completing the challenge. You have until Friday to let me know your best score.

I will assume that if you share a picture/video and a score with me that you are happy for this to be shared on the summer games website, if not please let me know.

English 

Today we are going to be looking at pages 12 and 13 in our booklet.  Read the two example poems titled 'Wishes'. We are going to be writing a poem about wishes today. You can contrast things that you really want to do with things that sound fancy but actually you can do without. For example, I don't have to go to the Caribbean, I could go to Weston instead.

Maths

Today's reflection

It was so great to see so many of you on Zoom earlier. I hope you enjoyed our game as much as Mrs Miller and I. Thank you for sharing your brilliant work again today. 

Our star of the day is Awele. She has worked so hard creating a wonderful poem and has completed brilliant maths work. Well done!
